AESTP03 ELEVATOR
General information:
Due to this TP03 Series modular system, all kinds of custom shapes are possible.
Every “leg” is pré assembled with translates in a very fast assembly and disassembly on location.
The height of this TP03 Series is adjustable in steps according to the LitecQX30 trussing.
The height of this elevator is the same as the lifting height.
NO HEIGHT LOSS!
Soft movements in every position are guaranteed.
Also, the capacity of this elevator remains at every position at maximum strength.
Can be mounted in every scaffold structure.
Safety:
The WI-Hoists used to operate the elevators are all BGV-C1 certified.
To lift people, the platform between the legs has to be conform to all safety standards!
Elevator TP03-1000 technical specifications:
Standard heights: 1300mm (Own weight: 213kg)
Custom heights are possible, with a maximum height of 15m (limited by the chain length)
If necessary, we can go higher by extending the chain length.
The speed is similar to the speed of the double reeved used chain hoist to operate the elevator.
Mostly used hoist is the CM Varistar with speeds between 5mm/sec and 250mm/sec.
Maximum capacity also depends on the used chain hoist. With the double reeved CM Varistar,
the elevator has a capacity of 1000kg/leg
